Programme Manager

At this crucial time of company growth Access All Areas is looking to recruit an experienced and diligent organiser to support the running of the company, working alongside the Executive Director and Finance Officer. This varied role will include management of company operations and administration, manage the planning and delivery of our award-winning professional arts programmes including our new ACE funded Transforming Leadership programme.

Employment type: Permanent contract

Salary: £32,000-£34,000 per year, depending on experience

Hours: 36 hours per week. Normally 10am-6pm, Monday - Friday. Occasional weekend and evening work required.

Support Mentor: Take Part & Train

Access All Areas are recruiting for a new role of Support Mentor to train learning disabled and autistic workshop leaders. This part-time position is ideally suited to drama facilitators who have experience working with people with learning disabilities and autism.

Employment type: Part-time, fixed-term for 2 years.

Salary: £24,000 pro rata

Hours: 21 hours per week, to include some evenings and occasional weekends. Please note that this post is also available as a job share at 1.5 days per week. If you would like to be considered for this, please include this in your application.

Digital and Communications Manager

Access All Areas is looking for an energetic, knowledgeable marketing, communications or PR professional to lead on building our profile online and in the media, and to build a greater presence for learning disabled artists in the UK digital landscape. With learning disabled colleagues, you’ll help to cement Access All Areas’ place as a world-leading voice on learning disability and culture.

Employment type: Permanent contract

Salary: £32,000-£34,000 per year, pro rata depending on experience

Hours: There are options to make this a 4 or 5 day a week role (28 or 35 hours. Please indicate on your application if you have a preference. Salary and workload will be pro rated accordingly. Working hours are normally 10am-6pm, Monday - Friday. Occasional weekend and evening work required.
